i have a 1986 ford ranger with the 2.3 four cylinder. i have a problem with the fuel pump. the fuel pump keeps running continuously when you turn the key on. i have already changed the fuel pressure regulator and that did not help. is it a sensor or the

most of the rangers had 2 fuel pumps 1 in the tank 1 on the frame rail 1 is high pressure 1 is low pressure . they also have a reservior mounted next to the pump thats on the frame rail , i would first replace the relay, if that doesn't help replace
