Is there a vin code under the hood of Toyota Camry (2000)?
Normally the cars seem to have a vin code in three places:
under the windshield, on the driver's door and under the hood on the special plate. The plate usually contains vin and an engine modification, alongside with some other data.
On that car, there should be stickers on all the body panels with the vin on them. you should be able to see them just by opening the hood. They don't hide them. Replaced panels do not have vin stickers on them. The third vin that you are looking for
