Mitsubishi 52725 tv will not power up or reset.?

After watching tv the other nite, we turned of the set as usual. The next day, the power light (green) was blinking fast and the tv wouldnt power up. The manual called for doing as system reset with the pin button on the front panel. Didnt work. even


This particular model does have a DM module. I would check your lamp before anything else though. If that's not it, I have seen several of these with bad caps on the DM board . There are 4 1000mfd caps that become domed and lose their capacitance. replace
