On my Ford F-150 2006 1-3 on the A/C and Heater Doesn't Work Can anyone Help Me Out?

as you read above the A/C and heater don't work on 1,2 and3 but will still work fine on 4 can any1 tell me what could be wrong with it and/or how to fix it also the location of what it may be in a picture or in directions.
the truck is a 2006 Ford

Pull the blower motor ,and if you have power at the plug- in in all speed ranges,just replace the motor.End of story.She is healed.
