is there any possible way that i can purchase a cadillac sixteen? a concept car?

i saw pictures of this car and its the most amazing car i have ever seen. it was a concept car in 2003. does anyone know any way i can get my hands on one of these, money is not an object, i am willing to pay any amount of money for this beatifull car.

Obviously not if it never made it to the market. If you were really wealthy you would call GM so you can hear them say "sorry we don't manufacture custom cars for random people". Cars are only profitable if they are manufactured on an assembly
