my 03 cherokee radiator fan keeps running when i shut the engine off?

it starts happening when i boost the battery and now it wont stop. would be grounded or maybe the boost burned some wiring? i checked the fuse its not burned
where do i find that relay? and how to replace it?

replace the batt and the relay for the fan/fan is killing batt and then you are boosting/
