i have a 2 cylender 50 hp diesel engine. im gonna use it dune buggy need to make it less tourqe more pwer.?

my dad said theres gonna be to much tourqe should i got a tourqe converter.? any help with this where i should go?

You just need to find the right gear ratio. You porbably have chain drive and need a larger sproket on the engine side or a smaller one on the wheel side.
