How much does a third car garage cost as an upgrade? Houston?
My wife and I are getting ready to have a house built in Westheimer lakes and while waiting for an answer back from the acc about the plan we selected I would like some input on a three car garage. I don't need an exact number but is it around $5000
It will vary on several factors. Is it an attached garage, or separate from the home. It will depend on materials, roof style, exterior finish, interior finish, electrical needs, windows, doors, and the quality of building materials and specs required,
